Born and raised in Berwick-upon-Tweed Anne Johnston Gill is a accomplished artist starting her works at the age of 13 winning an award for best young artist given to her by the duke of Northumberland, selling works nationally and internationally throughout her life including to members of foreign royal family's, with a love for the natural world Anne primarily painted landscapes and wildlife with oils and acrylic based mediums primarily.
Unfortunately losing her battle with cancer in late 2024 her work will carry on with her husband and son who continue to expand on her legacy.
